(A) PRELIMINARY STAGE

Information Handbook 
Provides companies with background information about the Singapore-Israel Industrial R&D Foundation, and the procedures for R&D Partner Search Request and Application for SIIRD Funding.
   
Step 1: R&D Partner Search Request
For companies that are starting out to search for a R&D partner and embark on a new joint R&D project.
   
Step 2: Submission of Executive Summary and Project Proposal
For submission of Project Proposal, companies are to complete and submit the softcopy to the SIIRD Management and five (5) hardcopies of the Project Proposal to SIIRD Singapore office before the submission deadline. (see Calendar of Events)

Step 3: Types of Project Agreement
