Guidelines and Forms: Preliminary Stage

Information Handbook

Companies can download the Information Handbook for off-line reference to the SIIRD programme, and procedures for R&D Partner Search Request and Application for SIIRD Funding.

Submission of Executive Summary and Project Proposal
For submission of Project Proposal, companies are to complete and submit the softcopy to the SIIRD Management and five (5) hardcopies of the Project Proposal to SIIRD Singapore office before the submission deadline (see "News & Calendar").

Types of Project Agreement
After the project is approved by the SIIRD Board and depending on the type of project, the collaborating companies will sign a project funding agreement with SIIRD. The templates of such agreements can be downloaded for viewing from the hyperlinks below.
