BandWD’s solution is based on a sophisticated network data gathering and analysis technologies that are used to make intelligent decisions on service and content routing, end-to-end access control, dynamic QoS and bandwidth shaping and service provisioning.

BandWD enables on-the-fly provisioning and scheduling of high-bandwidth Value Added Services to non-guaranteed customers and the creation of differentiated and ad-hoc business schemes for such services.

Talking only about fixed network, currently there are approximately 4500 BRAS already installed worldwide and additional 1500 BRAS per year. Our target is also Wireless where BVAS are booming and the need of convergence between fixed network and wireless network is emerging

Brief description of proposed R&D project:

BandWD product (BwPRM bundle) is made of different modules. The module which integrates and adapts between BandWD product and the customer environment (network topology, specific equipment and specific customized service flow is) is the Flow Controller.
BandWD would like to partnership in developing such as Flow Controller for Asia/Pacific Market.

Desired Profile of R&D Partner and its role in the proposed R&D project:

The partner would be a System integrator & Software Service company that will develop the Flow Controller, do the integrations with the Telco operator AAA Radius servers and Network resource enforcers (e.g. BRAS equipment) , provides the customer support , professional services and maintenance for the Asia Pacific market.
