Brief description of proposed R&D project:

CET proposed R&D project is in the realm of gaming in the fields of Mathematics and Science. The idea is to develop 3D simulation (Sims like environment) virtual reality environment engine for learning games in the main universal subjects matter – Math and Science. The pedagogy of the games will be based on the development of higher order thinking, critical thinking, problem solving and creativity – the most important skills of the 21st century. The learning process and methodology will based on interactive and attractive tasks and assignments and will enable single and multi-player options to provide a flexible learning environment. The engine will enable the customization and adjustment of the content according to curricula and culture and thus be adapted to diverse markets.

Desired Profile of R&D Partner and its role in the proposed R&D project:

The desired profile of R&D partner for the proposed project is a partner specialized in 3D graphics and animation and multimedia (i.e. the incorporation of audio and video). Such a partner will enable us to develop a high level pedagogical product in the \"language\" of today\'s children and youth.

Another partner we seek is in the realm of marketing. We will need to market the product and in the Far East market and thus we seek a partner with strong hold in education and in the neighboring countries.
